Course Description
Introduction to Infrared Air Defense Missiles and Countermeasures is recommended for those desiring a better understanding of infrared (IR) air defense missiles and countermeasures preparatory to more advanced studies in the subject or practical application in the professional environment. Military and civilian professionals in the following disciplines may benefit from this course - engineers, program and project managers, operations analysts, scientists, intelligence personnel, maintenance and test technicians, electronic warfare officers, military and civilian aviators, battle managers, and combat planners. The course is presented using a detailed PowerPoint® presentation that includes a number of Graphics Interchange Format® animations to facilitate comprehension of the material. Each attendee will receive a hardcopy of the course slides and a course completion certificate.
